Nature and Castle Day Out
This tour's first point of call is at Chanonry Point, where bottlenose dolphins are regularly seen feeding on the great abundance of fish available in the river. We will then head off to Rogie Falls. This waterfall that is famous for salmon viewing (the lucky ones that made it past the dolphins). See the salmon returning back to the spawning grounds way up stream. Eilean Donan Castle will be the next stop, a beautiful 13th Century Castle located in the village of Dornie. Finally we will be visiting Loch Ness in the village of Drumnadrochit. Loch Ness is 22.5 miles long and we will stop along the Loch to try and spot Nessie herself. You will also have time to go to the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre to learn the history of the elusive monster.
